Being a surf fisherman these are one of my favorites. Caught from the Chesapeake Bay, Outer Banks of North Carolina, the creeks and marshes of South Carolina and Georgia, the rivers, bays and keys of Florida, all the way around the pan handle to the flats of Louisiana and Texas, this fish covers a lot of coast. Being caught and release below 18" and over 27", my wife and I both have release citations for fish of 50". Hers was bigger.
